Obstetrics
We offer complete care for both normal and high-risk pregnancies, with special emphasis on family oriented childbirth. Our approach to labor and delivery is one of minimal intervention. We maintain one of the lowest Cesarean section rates in the Hudson Valley. Our practice offers vaginal births after C-section (VBAC) as well as water births in the newly renovated Neugarten Birthing Center. We welcome birthing plans and can help you create your own personalized plan.

Gynecologic Care
We offer lifetime gynecologic care, ranging from adolescent female problems through the menopausal years. We manage and treat conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, incontinence, infertility and many others. We provide menopausal management, including traditional hormone therapies and alternative therapies. We also now perform the TVT proceedure – a minimally invasive surgical proceedure curing incontinence.

Routine Preventative Care
We perform annual physical examinations, including the highly sensitive Thin prep pap test. We offer contraceptive counseling and management; IUD insertions, diaphragm fittings, oral contraceptive pill management, injectable contraception and tubal ligations.
